Why I HATE RaptureEve

Since I started playing this game, for more than a year now, I have been constantly bullied by SirSmokesAlot. He seems to find great pleasure in KS'ing, killing, and generally bullying players weaker than he is. I have tried everything to get this guy to leave me alone, but he will not.
For the record I estimate being KS'ed and bullied by this player over 200 times to date.
Then he gets invited into RaptureEve because he has "reformed" and "changed his ways" but he still looks for every opportunity to bully my toons. I have called him out so many times that I have lost count. I have asked him to stop repeatedly but he continues.
I have talked to several members of RaptureEve to see if something can be done to restore peace to our world... no response, no action.
I even formally declared war on this individual to highlight my frustration in hopes that the leadership of RaptureEve would do something...
Nothing...
I have tried for a months now to avoid him. So I log every time I see him. I have found myself running from this bully and hiding. It has effected my real life to the point that I have lost sleep over it.
So SirSmokesAlot gets to continue to rob the joy of the game from players who are weaker than he is.
And he does these bullying deeds wearing proudly the name "RaptureEve" above his name.
I am giving the leaders of Rapture formal notice of my next steps.
Because I do not want to bring EternalSin into what I have planned I will be resigning from the clan.
This has nothing to do with ES and everything to do with Eve, and their poster child SirSmokesAlot.
If these step don't work then I will be considering quitting the game.

Here is another time of many when SirSmokesAlot has killed me when I did not respond.
I think I have wasted over 50 idols on Smokes
You many notice that PerlDagger had already finished Rags and a ? is showing. What you don't see is Perless dead also. I just to the pic here. I was trying to get Rags for my Druid, but failed and Smokes KS it from me.
