| Clansmen of EternalSin
Six months ago I had a dream and shared that dream in a conversation with Kslay, Chieftain of ES, about growing our clan strength globally. If we had a strong clan presence 24/7, with strength in all time zones, we could take advantage of more opportunities.
Until recently, the majority of members in ES have been mainly based in America and Europe, leaving us vulnerable at night and not maximising our potential as a clan. With the recent influx of players from the Eastern timezones and the support of the current ES leadership team, this dream is now a reality. As one clan, we now have strong players from around the world and our ability to take on bosses 24/7 is increasing. However, we need to add a leader from that time zone to take care of this group and sufficiently deal with any problems that may arise.
We have a very small leadership team and unlike other clans, we do not view Guardian, General, or even Chieftain as something that is deserved or individually earned. That idea focuses and rewards a single player and as we all know, we are about being a team, we are not in it for ourselves, but for the clan. So leadership decisions are made based on what can help the clan progress further and what would benefit us as a whole.
We believe by adding a Guardian from the Eastern timezones, we would improve the service to our clan globally and keep the clan on top.
With these things in mind, the leadership team would like to announce the appointment of GreekGoddess as a Guardian of EternalSin.
As a Guardian her role will include:
- Helping Set clan rules and policies
- Manage, organize, and distribute clan assets
- Talk to members and handle clan issues
- Rally the troops, do boss runs, and get levelling teams together
- Set a positive tone in the clanAct professional and maturely
- Be a part of the solution not a part of the problem
- Influence other top players in Rhiannon that EternalSin is the way to go
- Have fun
Greek will be a great asset to our clan as she serves our members during her prime game time hours.
